Shipping policy
We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece on the product details page.
Delivery time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.
We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries, including Bluedart, Smartr, and Delhivery.
Shipments within India:

The usual delivery time for an order is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation*, depending on the products ordered.

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. All prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.

For Ready-to-Wear Sarees, an additional 7 business days will be required to deliver the product.

For products with customization like blouse stitching and more, we will need an additional 7–10 business days.

For handcrafted products, it may take 15–20 working days for dispatch from the date of the order, depending on the product ordered.
International Shipments (outside India):

For international deliveries, the shipping charges will be extra as per the weight of the order.

For handcrafted products, it may take 30–35 working days for dispatch from the date of the order, depending on the product ordered.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. The amount depends on the policies of the destination country.
Important Notes:

For urgent orders, customers are requested to confirm with the Beatitude Team prior to placing the order.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, our dispatch team will contact you for confirmation.

COD orders will be dispatched only after customer confirmation.

For prepaid orders, no confirmation call will be made, and the order will be dispatched within the given TAT (Turnaround Time).

If there is no response to our calls/messages/emails within 3 days for COD orders, the order will be marked canceled at the end of the 3rd day.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons, a second attempt will be made only after reconfirmation.

If the second attempt also fails, extra shipping charges will apply for a third attempt.

If the customer is unwilling to pay for the third attempt, the order will be canceled and no future orders will be accepted from that customer.

Cancellations & Delays:

Cancellation requests must be submitted before order dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
